CNC Machinist/Operator/Programmer

Description:

Skilled machinist for a reputable manufacturing and assembly company in the CNC service industry. Machine shop environment. Must be self motivated with the ability to work safely, quickly, and independently. Set-up / Program / Edit and operate various CNC machines to regularly produce quality parts to blue printed specifications.

General Purpose of Job:
Set-up/Program/edit and operate various CNC machines to regularly produce quality parts to blue printed specifications.

Major Responsibilities:

Set-up and operate Fadal vertical milling machines

Set-up and operate Hurco vertical milling machines

Set-up and operate Haas vertical milling machines

Set-up and operate different Jet Mills and Lathes

Know and use G & M codes

Operate various drills, mills, and lathes as needed

Read Blueprints

Requirements:

Must Have at least 3 years CNC set-up and operating experience

Must pass back ground check

Must pass drug-screen

Must have mechanical aptitude

Must be able to read blue prints and part spec. sheets.

Must have own tools!

Must have great attendance record.

Must have own transportation.

Must have an understanding Fanuc Robotics

Available to work the hours of 7a.m. -4:30p.m. Mon-Fri & 7a.m.-12:00 on Sat

Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent
